Brass Composition Verification
The process begins with verifying the brass composition. Even small deviations in copper-zinc ratios can affect strength and corrosion resistance. Every batch of material is checked before machining begins.

Once machining begins, dimensional inspection becomes essential. We rely on precision digital calipers and calibrated tools to measure internal and external diameters, thread pitch, and depth with high accuracy.

Thread Gauge Verification
Thread gauges are used to measure thread pitch and engagement length. Both plug gauges (for internal threads) and ring gauges (for external threads) are used to verify that every threaded component meets the specified standard.

These instruments allow our inspectors to confirm that fittings fall within tight tolerances and pass go/no-go evaluations. The go/no-go test is the final arbiter: if a component doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
