Quality Control

Precision in Every Connection

For Nazer Industries, quality control is a critical component in the manufacture of brass fittings, ensuring each piece meets the dimensional accuracy, durability, and performance standards required across various applications.

Through systematic and thorough measurement, surface-finish checks, and mechanical testing, our quality control ensures that every brass fitting performs reliably in demanding environments.

Quality Protocols

Measurement & Inspection Process

A six-step quality process ensures that every fitting leaving our facility meets the dimensional accuracy and performance standards our clients rely on.

01

Brass Composition Verification

The process begins with verifying the brass composition. Even small deviations in copper-zinc ratios can affect strength and corrosion resistance. Every batch of material is checked before machining begins.

Dimensional Inspection

Once machining begins, dimensional inspection becomes essential. We rely on precision digital calipers and calibrated tools to measure internal and external diameters, thread pitch, and depth with high accuracy.

Thread Gauge Verification

Thread gauges are used to measure thread pitch and engagement length. Both plug gauges (for internal threads) and ring gauges (for external threads) are used to verify that every threaded component meets the specified standard.

Go/No-Go Evaluation

These instruments allow our inspectors to confirm that fittings fall within tight tolerances and pass go/no-go evaluations. The go/no-go test is the final arbiter: if a component doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

Surface Finish Checks

Surface finish checks confirm that plating thickness, surface texture, and visual appearance meet the specified requirements. Both plated and unplated components are checked for burrs, tool marks, and surface defects.

Mechanical Testing

Through systematic and thorough measurement, surface-finish checks, and mechanical testing, our quality control ensures that every brass fitting performs reliably in demanding environments.
